Created solutions that underpinned over £250m of incremental revenue at O2 and transformed the Business Intelligence capabilities at British Gas while realising significant operational efficiencies. Implemented one of the first Business Intelligence competency centres at O2 while defining the company’s information strategy and initiating its leading edge information governance capability. Delivered key analytics that enabled BSkyB to achieve hugely challenging 10m customer and <10% churn targets and defined key market, product and acquisition strategies at Hutchison 3G.

An Industry recognised expert, fellow of the IDM, Chair of the DMA Customer Data Council and Women in Data Committee Member. Named in the Data IQ Big Data top 100 five times, judge for the DMA and Data IQ awards and a regular speaker and panelist at leading industry events.

Strong leadership capabilities are coupled with commercial awareness and major transformation experience. Latest role Head of Information Strategy and Management at Sainsbury’s and previously led strategy, insights, analytics, CRM, information management and governance teams in the utilities, retail, financial services, telco and media sectors for organisations such as O2, BSkyB, British Gas and Hutchison 3G
